SIRI is the world’s first independent digital maturity assessment for manufacturers The Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) was created in partnership with a network of leading technology companies, consulting firms, and industry and academic experts. SIRI comprises a suite of frameworks and tools to help manufacturers, regardless of size and industry, start, scale, and sustain their manufacturing transformation journeys. SIRI covers the three core elements of Industry 4.0: process, technology, and organisation.
The purpose of a Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI) Assessment is to help companies identify the focus areas to kick-start their industry 4.0 journey. The Assessment evaluates the entire manufacturing process, following the SIRI framework and utilising the SIRI tools. Our Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) will work with you to select and document the scope of the Assessment to define where the results will apply. The SIRI Assessment is typically applied to a single factory or plant to maintain focus, but it can be applied even more granularly.
Our Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) will spend 1-2 days evaluating your business and conducting the Assessment Matrix. For an effective SIRI assessment, participants should have a good knowledge of the processes and areas being assessed. A group of 10–15 participants is an ideal size for a CSA to effectively manage discussions and derive useful insights. Our Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) will work with you to collect the prioritisation Inputs and validate the prioritisation Matrix.
Our Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) will take all the information gathered and review and analyse it. This information is then used to generate your SIRI Assessment Report. This report contains details of the scope of the assessment, the four focus dimensions identified, and a comparison against industry. The report also contains feedback, observations, and actions to help you move to the next band.
Our Certified SIRI Assessor (CSA) will present the report to the assessment participants, explaining the findings and the rationale behind them.
