With over 30 years of experience in the IT and manufacturing sectors, Andrew is a professional technologist who has excelled in software development, product design, project management, networking, and the internet. He has extensive experience in disaster recovery and business continuity in environments with terabyte-scale datasets.
Andrew has a proven track record of success, having supported Amazon.co.uk with their early growth in the UK online market by creating bespoke software and automation tools. As part of his role at Capita, he led the development and deployment of the first SaaS benchmarking platform for the NHS, which he maintained for over 12 years. Andrew also directed and implemented proof-of-concept deployments of machine monitoring, real-time location tracking, and augmented reality remote assistance in Meggitt’s new state-of-the art facility at Ansty Park, in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, Airbus, BAE Systems, Nissan, GSK, Accenture, and GKN Aerospace as part of an Innovate UK project.
